When the eagle flies, her outstretch wings span the globe and she wonders if mankind will ever see through the perceptive eyes of great men such as Ghandi or Martin Luther King, two human beings, different worlds apart. Individuals with an awareness of spiritual vision for social transformation through non violent resistance, a struggle against the aggression of social, economic and religious injustices placed at the edge of intolerable human suffering. Where is the spirit of human beings today who actualize no boundaries of division between the fundamental roots of all religious beliefs, the love of self? When the eagle flies, eyes piercing and direct, she searches for the simple ideologies of life that capture the essence that love is truly the only elemental core of all living things and the catalyst for spiritual existence. She knows that the only importance in living is to have find oneness with mother earth and the forces of energy, the center of light and life itself.
There are fewer places to perch towards a higher level of conscientiousness and a deeper commitment life’s core energy. This is a world where human beings are coping to survive with less love, less tolerance, less faith and less awareness of who they are; where the scavenger hunt is no more about survival, but about the annihilation of the masses by killing the essence of their living spirit.
Defiantly perched on top of her world, she is enveloped by the disillusion and plagued of atrocities committed by mankind. What is so kind about Man? She asks. Will anyone have the forthright to find their true nature in time to save a piece of my earth? She questions…no one is listening.
She suffers from the hopelessness in the carnage of life itself; a slaughter of a living source that is fumed by the idleness, complacency and apathy from earth’s people.
When the eagle flies, swaying her head from side to side…she profoundly weeps as the sky shares her in her pain with a gentle rain over the cataleptic earth.
